Thank you for visiting my website. My name is Susan Legacy. I started my full time Real Estate career in 2005. Over those years I've received numerous awards and made many life long friends. It has been my greatest joy over these years using my expertise and negotiating skills to help move my sellers and buyers into the different stages of their lives. I've worked with first time buyers, seniors, investors, military, new builds and everyone in between. When you work with me you get 100% of my attention and commitment. I'll take you though the complete selling and buying process from beginning to end.
In addition I've received my certifications for Staging (CCSP) and Colour Consultant (CCC). I help my sellers prepare their homes from curb to basement to get SOLD for top dollar and fewer days on the market.
